Laura has made a big impact at Eurotank in her first year as Group helpdesk co-ordinator. Scheduling engineers for pump service and reactive calls, around the UK, is a daily challenge; one that Laura has embraced and excels at.

Michelle Brocklehurst, Group Helpdesk Manager, says: "Laura is a dedicated and committed member of the helpdesk team. Laura has been a huge part of setting up the helpdesk and implementing new processes. Her main priority is customer service and she is focused on meeting the customers' needs, which often means she goes above and beyond.
